TicketSnap Service Agreement

TicketSnap ("we," "us," "our," or "Platform") is a software-as-a-service (SAAS) ticketing platform that provides technology and services to event organizers ("Organizers," or "Event Organizers"). We are incorporated in British Columbia, Canada.
Important: TicketSnap acts solely as a technology platform and payment processor. When you purchase tickets or products through our Platform:
By accessing or using the TicketSnap platform (whether at ticketsnap.ca, any subdomain, or custom domains hosted by us), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you may only create an account or make purchases with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

TicketSnap charges service fees for platform usage. Service fees may be:
Service fees are non-refundable, even if tickets are refunded by the Event Organizer.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for reasons including:
If your Order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund including service fees.
All tickets issued through the Platform are authentic and valid. TicketSnap is the official issuer of digital tickets for events using our Platform.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or inaccessible tickets. It is your responsibility to save and secure your tickets.
Ticket transfer policies are set by Event Organizers. Some tickets may be non-transferable. Contact the Event Organizer for their specific transfer policy.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Event Organizer's policies, not by TicketSnap.

Some Event Organizers use our Platform for in-person sales of tickets and physical goods (food, beverages, merchandise, etc.) at their venues.
For in-person purchases:
TicketSnap owns all rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including:
Event Organizers retain ownership of content they upload (event descriptions, images, logos, etc.). By using the Platform, Organizers grant us a license to display and use their content solely for providing Platform services.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia for resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to bring or participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any Event Organizer policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and TicketSnap regarding use of the Platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or internet/telecommunications failures.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive termination of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will:
